I have three servers running Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP1.
These are Win 2k3 SP 1 servers. In order to make them R2 you have to install
R2. Run setup2 from the second disk.
*Then* you go into add remove programs etc....

I have three servers running Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP1. I
purchased a Windows 2003 Storage Server R2 to Replicate important data
to for backup purposes.
Problem
according to MS I should be able to go under add/remove windows
components and select DFS. Wrong... It is not any of the three original
servers. It is on the Windows Storage Server.
How do i install the component so I can set up replication.
I do have the DFS GUI under admin toolson the originals but no service
is installed.
