Exchange 2003 in a failed DC envirornment

Hi
My DC went down Windows 2003 Server Enterprise. I can get all the data
off of it but it will not boot to the partition. I have had Microsoft
help and they say it is toast. I have installed and setup another DC.
It is named the same. I know I am not be able to get to my mail boxes
since I don't have the proper sids. Is there any way to rescue the
Exchange and add it to the new DC. It is named the same FQDN.

I really appreciate any help. This seems to be a great hurdle with the
security tags from the first DC locking all the access.
