Hi,
I am absolutly certain that I the passwords meet
complexity requirements.
If that is the case you would be able to change the password.
How about running net accounts off this machine that will tell you what
it thinks the password should require.
Please post the results here. Right off the bad I am guessing that
either complexity is enabled, you have a minimum password age set, or
you have replication issues.
