bridgehead server for two sites with two domains.

Maybe someone could help me.
I have two sites and two domains,
I understand the intersite replication between dc of the same domain,
but i'm not sure about the replication using bridgehead server.
the bridgehead server replicate all the AD info of the two domain
between the site or I need two bridgehead server for each domain that
span multiple site?
