Disable round-robin and enable subnet ordering. Both records will stay, but the server will return the address on the same subnet as the query came from.I desactived DNS server listening on this interface and the problem has been solved.

I have a server (Windows 2003 SP1 + AD +DNS) with 2 interfaces : one is connected to the company network and the second to a dedicated backup network unreachable from the company network.
My problem is that Windows register both interfaces in DNS even if the box "Register this interface" is cleared.
I read some articles that talk about a hotfix.
What is the solution ?

Thanks
