Did you run a netdiag test?
Also lets take a look at your Event Logs, any errors in there?
This could be an issue with NTFRS replication. Have you looked at checking
out if this is working?

Dear
I did execute dcdiag in all DC servers, and don´t show me errors. It´s the
supernatural situation.
If don´t show up a new solution in next sunday I will be execute dcpromo
/forceremoval in W2K DC and pray.
Do you have other suggestion?

Run diagnostics against your Active Directory domain.
If you don't have the tools installed, install them from your server
install
disk.
d:\support\tools\setup.exe
Run dcdiag and netdiag in verbose mode.
If you download a gui script I wrote it should be simple to set and run.
It
also has the option to run individual tests without having to learn all
the
switch options. The details will be output in notepad text files that pop
up automagically.
The script is located in the download section on my website at
http://www.pbbergs.com
Just select both dcdiag and netdiag make sure verbose is set. (Leave the
default settings for dcdiag as set when selected)
When complete search for fail, error and warning messages.

Dear ,
If I change connection in AD User & Computers to new Domain Controller, 5
minutes after he change again to old server.
I receve one sugestion run dcpromo /forceremoval but I have fear if my
LAN
stop after this procedure.
Do You have other suggestion to me?
Thanks.
Jorge Nunes
Just because you've changed the FSMO roles won't remove the old DC.
When you launch the AD Users & Computers mmc, you're going to connect
to a DC - you just happen to still be connecting to your old DC. From
within AD Users & Computers, you can right click on your domain name
and select "Connect to Domain Controller" if you want to change your
connection. But the old DC will still be functioning, servicing log on
requests et. al.
If you want to remove the old server as a domain controller, you need
to run dcpromo and demote it back to a member server.
