Under documents and settings there should be a folder with the same name as
her domain username. Log onto her computer as admin and rename it. then have
her log in again and a new profile will be created. You will have to remap
her drives if not you are not using logon scripts, and re set up Outlook
etc. Then test. If the problem goes away you can copy favorites etc from the
old profile to the new. I would be wary of using an automated way such as
the save my settings wizard for Office because you might carry the
corruption into the new profile.

If the problem remains you can delete the new profile, rename the old
profile to what it was and continue troubleshooting.

add them a s user locally? Or merely have then logon while connected to
the network?
