Are there any errors in the Event logs on any of the machines? Are all
machines only using the internal DNS server(s) in their IP properties? (no
ISP's).

All I usually do to make this whole mess work, is on the PDC Emulator, I
will run these commands to set the time service, then all other machines in
that domain should automatically synch their time with the PDC Emulator in
that domain:

Windows 2000:
net stop w32time
net time /setsntp:192.5.41.41
w32tm -once
net start w32time

Windows 2003:
net stop w32time
net time /setsntp:192.5.41.41
net start w32time
