Jeff,
What exactly do you mean by "they need to use their old password to access
their PC and the new password to access the domain."
Does this mean that they still need to use their just expired password to
logon to the domain while sitting at their laptop somewhere in the world but
when they attempt to access a shared network folder they are challenged for
a user name and password ( and it is here where they need to enter their new
password )?
How do they change their domain user account object password? Are they
logging in locally and then using Terminal Services / Citrix to access the
domain?
Isn't there a setting for 'logon with cached credentials'? Meaning, that you
can enable this or disable this?
