Yes Paul... one thing i figured out.. the terminal service is enabled in the
server and when i try to connect the server i got the following error..
REmote Desktop Disconnected
The client could not connect to the computer.

Remote connections might not enabled or the computer might be too busy to
accept new connections. it is also possible that network problems are
preventing your connection.
please try connecting again later. if that problem to occur, contact your
administrator.
