Without using any third-party software ( do not know of any at the moment so
I can not really suggest one..... ) there is little that you can do to
'automate' this. Well, as far as I know.

When you are in a workgroup environment ( well, I am assuming that this is
the case as you do not specify what type of environment you have at the
moment ) and the users log on with local user accounts that profile is
created from the initially blank 'default user'. You then do things and
that local user account's profile takes it shape!

Now, you are creating a different environment ( an Active Directory
environment ). When userA logs on using the domain user account object (
instead of the local user account ) that particular profile will be created
from the 'default user' account.

So, as you can see there is going to be a little bit of work for you!
Become very familiar with Windows Explorer as this will be the tool for you
to use. Just log on to the computer as userA ( using the domain user
account object ), log off and then log on as the local Admin. Open up
Windows Explorer, navigate to Documents and Settings and then copy from the
local user to the domain user account object.
