Renaming Active Directory

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I am trying to rename the active directory on my company server, and
am following the "Step-by-Step Guide to Implementing Domain Rename".
But when I enter the below command I get am error. Does anything stand
out that is wrong?

repadmin /syncall /d/e/P/q brizweb01.brizweb.com.au
dc=brizweb,dc=com,dc=au

--------Result---------

Syncing partition: dc=brizweb,dc=com,dc=au

SyncAll existed with fatal Win32 error: 8440 (0x20f8)
The naming context specified for this replication operation is
invalid.
