So you get the warning and then another event saying everything's OK?

This will happen from time to time due to network traffic, timeouts, etc.
If this is infrequent ignore it; if it's frequent, I suggest you download
one of the free FRS troubleshooting utils from MS and run them. Sonar and
ultrasound are the names, I believe...
