Logon Failure: The target account name is incorrect

I sometimes get ERROR_WRONG_TARGET_NAME: 1396 Logon Failure: The
target account name is incorrect if I connect to a service running on
another PC using named pipes.
If the user tries again it mostly works. Normally it is not the first
connection from the PC involved to the PC with the service, that
fails.
