Usually a wireless router hands out its own IP range and segregates itself
from your wired network to mitigate the risk of external access to your
private network. You'll need to think very hard about this and the security
you have in place -- as well as the potential risk if your network were
compromised. Remember, even 128 bit WEP takes only about 2 hours to
penetrate.
Look at your Access Point settings and either create a NAT to your server
with MAC authentication, implement IPSEC or some other tunnel, or add your
wireless connections to your internal network with WEP and hope for the
best.
In a business or sensitive situation, I would never consider an option with
less security than PEAP or EAP-TLS. The implementation takes time and
planning, so if this is the case,slow down and do it right the first time.
