group policy and windows update

Hello all. Maybe someone has already been down this road and has a good idea!
   ( sorry for the length)
-I've got a server running AD in a network with multiple computers
-All the users have only "restricted user" access to the local machine
-I've configured a group policy in AD to auto download and install updates
for all PC's

Now this works fine to a point. The policy takes effect and the updates are
downloaded and installed correctly. Now, where the problem comes in is when
the updates are finished. It pops up a window that asked them if they want to
restart or not. (which I also setup in the group policy) The problem is they
are restricted users and cannot say "no" to the reboot. So all they can do is
chose "yes" or drag the window out of the way. What i'm trying to find a
solution to is this: to be able to let the users say "no" to rebooting
without giving without giving them more local machine acess. The users just
start downloading silly things and getting spyware if we do that. Any help
woud be greatly appreciated!.
