Remotely delete and sub-key from
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings
You can script this (tip 8278) using REG (Support\Tools)
Then have the users exit and restart IE.
