Shawn,

I think that ldifde can do this. As well as the newer ds* tools. It is not
a 'backup' in the sense of Backup Exec or NTBackup. However, they will give
you a text file ( ldifde will give you a .ldf file ) that can be used if
necessary.

What are you trying to accomplish?
