Most likely are:

    1) DNS incorrectly configured
        (most authentication & replication problems are this)

    2) Computer account hosed up -- most likely due to #1
        but other stuff happens.

Fix #1 if necessary and "right click reset" the computer
account in the domain. Very rarely the computer account must
be removed and rejoined to the domain.

Help with #1:

DNS
    1) Dynamic for the zone supporting AD
    2) All internal DNS client NIC\IP properties must specify SOLELY
        that internal, dynamic DNS server (set.)
    3) DCs and even DNS servers are DNS clients too -- see #2

Restart NetLogon on any DC if you change any of the above that
affects a DC.
