I had something similar on a 25 computer network. Users' event viewer showed
errors communicating with DC Controller. I changed the NIC, and it got
better. I changed then all users' primary DNS to the DC controller's IP (it
was pointing to my gateway and the DC was the secondary), and now I may have
1 event a week or less....
