MAC utilities do not install...Please help

I am getting this error on all of my Windows 2000 (SP4) servers:

"An error occurred which prevented the file services for Macintosh component
from being installed or removed. The error was 0x80070057."I found very
limited documentation about this error on the net.

The error occures during installation of "File Services for Macintosh"
around the section of "Completing
configuration of Management and Monitoring Tools...". I found very limited
resources about this error over the net.

Is anyone can give me a hand with this one?
