AD Error after SP4 installation

I have Win 2000 with AD. After ServicePack4 installation,
when I try to manage AD users or other options, return
error "The Specified Domain Either Does Not Exist or Could
Not Be Contacted". If i try to remove AD using
dcpromo.exe, i have the same error. How can I repair or
remove and install new AD?
P.S. I have only remote access to server, and so can't
start Windows in "AD recovery" mode...
