Permissions to a specific file, deep within many folders

I need a little help with assigning the proper permissions for a user to
access a single file that is deep within 5 or 6 folders. The Folder it
occupies has multiple files within it. This user requires full access to the
one, specific file.
In order to get her down to the proper file I have put the following
permissions on the parent folders above it:

Traverse Folder/ Execute File
List Folder/ Read Data

I now can't figure out how to give her access to the single file, rather
than all the files within the last folder.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Wade,
