Best wait for a few days and check that AD really things
the FSMO roles are still transfered. DO NOT FORGET TO
TRANSFER THE DNS PRIMARY TO THE NEW SERVER TOO OR YOU ARE
DONE FOR THERE IS NO WAY TO REMAKE DNS. What about DHCP
etc too.

Then back a full backup of both servers before you do it.

I've done this after a server failure when I had to seize
everything, I then had to use NTDSUTIL to get rid of then
old server.
