Apply Group Policy to Security Group???

Is there a way to apply a Group Policy to a Security Group with computer accounts as members, even though the computers do not reside in the same OU as the Security Group?

I'm trying to get a logon script to run when someone logs on to a particular set of computers without moving the computer objects to a different OU.
