What are the "unwanted softwares" that are installed on your server? If you
have software, services or processes running on your server that you did not
install, it is likely that your server has been compromised. Perform a
complete virus scan with current virus signatures, as well as running a
spyware detector such as Ad-Aware or Spybot. You may be able to remove the
malware using removal tools, or you may need to consider the possibility of
reinstalling the server OS to regain control of the box.
