Hi!!!

I am newbie with LDAP and AD and I need to authenticate users in a Oracle
Internet Directory (OID) which is installed in Solaris 64 Sparc.
OID is acting as LDAP server.
So I have a Windows 2003 Standard with no AD, this server is a stand alone
server and I a have a Computer Associates application installed in this
Windows 2003.

This application is called Service Desk and have the feature to import data
from LDAP. This is succesfully installed and was configured using its
internal configuration to OID Ldap Server.

So, I need to authenticate users from Service Desk at OID LDAP level and
Service Desk has no configuration to point to LDAP to authenticate users.

I don´t wanna create users in Windows 2003 because I don´t have a domain.

My question is:

What I need´s to be done in order to authenticate users in OID LDAP instead
locally in Windows 2003?

The Service Desk by default authenticate users locally in server which is
installed, but in this case I don´t have users locally because users already
exists in OID LDAP.

What I need to do to my Windows 2003 point to OID LDAP when Service Desk
requests authentication for its users?

Thanks for advance.
