AD migration tool

testing migration from company.com to company.local,
(Interforest, source and target domains are Win 2K in
native mode)involving 2 DCs, a terminal server, an Oracle
database server, a Lotus Domino server and about 45 users,
some with Windows 98 SE, most with Win 2K Pro, some with
XP Pro.
Errors each step of the way. E.g. No access - when test
migrating the Oracle server computer: Migration agent
could not be installed.
Does someone have experience with the Migration Tool?
