    Observation:
    The code is clearing the
    * password never expires and it also makes
    User Object's Account - "Never Expires"

    The code is not working if the User Object is having
    * user must change password at next logon
    * user cannot change password
    selected.

    Is this the default Behaviour??

    Expecting some code to clear "user cannot change password" checkbox.
