Hi Tommy Addison,

Password complexity requirements Policy can only be applied on Domain
based. It cant be applied on OU or Domain controller. Right click on
<domain name> on AD users and Computers. Check for linked Group policy
Objects -> Edit the Group policy object -> Modify the required policies ->
or delete the linked GPO (if you dont want to apply).
