Thanks for that Jerold.

When I set the GP to rename the administrator account I
expected it to rename the local administrator accounts,
not the domain administrator accounts. It's strange how it
only changed the pre-Windows 2000 user logon name and not
the A/D logon name. Looks like Microsoft needs to have two
settings in GP. One for renaming Domain Admin accounts and
one for local admin accounts.
