Hello,

I have a help desk person that needs access to user
accounts but I would really prefer not having her log into
the DC's to do this.

I recall in NT4 there was a way to create a shortcut to
the user manager so help desk personnel could access the
user accounts.

Can this be done in Win2K?

We are on AD.

Thanks!
