Schema FSMO Holder

After creating an Active Directory Schema MMC snap-in, I ran it to check the Operations Master. It only gave me a blank "Current Focus," a line that reads "The server is currently offline," and a text box with "ERROR" text in it. All of my three domain controllers (all Windows 2000) are "ONLINE".

How will I make this right, so, I could know which of my three servers is Operations Master or Schema FSMO Holder?
