Sounds to me like they are not installed.
1st check that the entire menu is listed and that there
is not a double arrow at the bottom of the menu to show
the rest.
If not you can install by going to start, settings,
control panel, add/remove programs, windows components
(=button on left), from here you should be able to select
accessories and then use the details buttone to see which
are to be installed...
