Bjarne,

While I have not yet done this I am not aware of any problems. You will,
however, need to run adprep /forestprep on the WIN2000 DC that holds the
Schema Master FSMO Role and then run adprep /domainprep in each of the
existing domains in your environment.

Maybe someone can add their experiences to advise Bjarne ( and everyone
else! ) of anything of interest.
