Hi mirko9. OUs ca be an important design feature of Active Directory for
manage objects. Delegation purpose and since Group Policies can be linked to
Sites, Domains, and OUs. You may want to define different policies or any
setting for different Divisions in our company or geographical locations.
Design the Active Directory as how you want to mange Active Directory. I
want to share my best practice to always separate Computers and Users, since
Group Policy applies in two parts, Users and Computers. This can be link the
follow sample.

chrisse.local
|-Sales
| |- Computers
| | - Users

If you migrate or upgrade from NT4 you may have a Resource domain? The you
may should migrate them into an Resource OUs instead of multiple domains.
