How to add Dial-Up tab in the computer account properties

Hi, there

After I created a computer account by clicking Computer >>
new >> Computer, then I double clicked this new account to
open the properties diaglogue box, I can not find the
Dial_up tab. How to add/find the Dial-Up tab in the
computer account properties?
