Hello all, I have been strugling with this for 2 weeks with no
success.
Ok, I have windows 2000, a power user account and administrator
account.
I have a portable MP3 RCA player and installed Music Match for it. It
worked fine under the administraotr account and recognized the player,
but when I switched to the power user account and open up the music
match program, it does not recognzie the device. I even made the
program shared under full control. I tried older versions of music
match and still nothing. Something under power user is not letting me
use this device. It does show up under my computer, but does not let
me access this device under music match. I can drag and drop songs
onto the device under my computer though. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks Mike
