I apologies for the delay on getting back to you.
In order to go back to previous version, I suggest you may use "Roll Back"
command.
VSS Rollback command returns a file to a previous version, erasing all the
versions and changes newer than the chosen version.
To achieve that, you may select each file in your project, click "Show
History". Select a version of the file in "History of <name>" dialog, and
then click Rollback.
