Can your restore the two files from a backup? If you can open it with
ssadmin.exe, you could try to use the archive function and archive the
entire database. Restoring it somewhere else should give you a working
database, although if analyze.exe says that files are corrupt, then the
archive may not work.
Apart from restoring a version of those files that works, you may need to
call Microsoft Product Support for help.
