VS 2008 standard features

Hello,
I checked the VS 2008 Product Comparison chart (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vs2008/products/cc149003.aspx) and was surprised to find out that VC Express 2008 was supposed to include a Resource Editor. After dowloading VC 2008, not surprisingly, I could see that there are no Resource Editing options included.
The comparison chart also states that a Resource Editor is included in VS 2008 Standard.
I cannot verify the validity of this statement, for there is no tryout to download.
Does anyone know if VS 2008 Standard comes with a Resource Editor (and support fo ATL projects) ?
