Change Visual Studio Product Key

Hi,

I'm trying to change my VS2005 (Professional) product key, but without
luck. I've inherited my colleague's workstation, and he installed VS
using the same license on his new PC, so now I'm stuck with his old
license. I'd rather not reinstall and reconfigure VS, that's why I'm
trying to change the product key.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
