VSTS + UML

Hi,

it looks like UML is not supported by VSTS.
You can only design class diagram.

What about other diagrams?

Do you have a suggestion to integrate other diagrams?
Third party tool?
Viso? But what about the integration between visio and VSTS?
I know you can do reverse engineering and you can create code from a
class diagram, but what about "sequence diagram"?

For example, how can I associate a work item to a diagram?
