solution settings (VS2003)

Greetings,

Is there a way to set Tools->Options->Projects->VC++ Directories and VC++
Build so that it's "connected" to the solution I'm working on ? I need this
because the extensive setting changes I need for one solution is not the
same as it would be for others.

If there isn't a way to alter the settings per solution, can anyone tell me
where or how these settings are stored?
