VSTS 2005 - Adding new users to the team project

Hi all,

First of all I am new to VSTS. I installed VSTS (single-server) on a Windows
Server 2003. I created a team project and now I want to add new users to the
team project. As I have seen, I need to add the users in 3 different places:

1. In TFS
2. In SharePoint
3. In ReportingServices

I added the users successfully in TFS and SharePoint but I can't add a new
user to the ReportingServices. I read in the VSTS-Help how to do this (see
section: "How to: Create, Delete, or Modify a System Role Assignment (Report
Manager)") but it doesn't work for me. The problem that I encounter is that
the "New Role Assignment" button doesn't react, it looks like is locked, I
click on it and nothing happens.

It seems to me that I don't have the right to make new role assignments. I
tried with another user, also Administrator on that machine and I get the
same effect. I only used my account and the other above account for the
installation of SQL Server, SharePoint, TFS and VSTS.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
