F1 Help problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Since rebuilding a MFC application with Visual Studio 2005 C++ 8 the
'F1' call to help says "The topic does not exist". No source code or
help has been changed. It worked OK before the rebuild.

Any ideas?
