Why VS 2005 is too slow when saving a simgle file.

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I've install vs 2005 RTM version yesterday. Buy It is so strange that it
take a long time to save a file. Even it is a single file with 200 lines.
After I press the save button,the vs enviroment take about 1 minutes to
complete the saving task. Any body help me?
