Hi Andrew

Because this is just a public peer discussion group, not an official
Microsoft support line - MSDN has nothing to do with it.

As far as I know Microsoft is obliged to answer in 3 days to MSDN
Subscribers.

If you go outside a car garage, pound on the door and yell "I need
heart surgery! I have insurance!" do you expect the mechanics to stop
working on that V8, come wheel you in, crack your chest, and give you a
quadruple bypass, just because they're in the same block as the hospital?

If Microsoft is obliged to answer in 3 days to MSDN subscribers, I'm
pretty sure that the question should be asked through the appropriate
channels, which presumably are made available to such subscribers.
