installation of asp.net project
Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
Hello,
I need to make installation for my asp.net application using visual studio
2005.
In configuration manager I cannot see "Release" configuration (only "Debug"
is available).
How can I compile my project in release configuration?
I'm truing to add web setup project to my asp.net project: File->Add->New
project->Setup and Deployment->Web Setup project.
After them, I'm adding program output of my asp.net application: Right click
on WebSetup1 on solution explorer->Add->Project output and select project
output of my asp.net project.
After installation, I see that all source files was copied to target
machine.
Can I install my application without copy my entire source files to target
machine?
Thanks in advance.
