newbie: trying to make an ole or ocs control

I got some functions in visual basic dot I want to expose to another
programming language as part of an OLE or OCS..

I am learning to use the visual basic studio 2003 professional


fir example

Public myfunciton(....) as string


End function

However I could not find anything the help or msdn.microsoft.com that show
me how to do that.


I did try something in the vstudio that gave file an resx file but I could
not use(probably because of my ignore)

you help or pointer to the right place will be much appreciated.
